Torino Determined To Hang On To Rosina
Torino President Urbano Cairo has revealed that he expects star midfielder Alessandro Rosina to put pen-to-paper on the contract renewal offer that they recently put in front of him.

The 23-year-old midfielder was instrumental in Torino's survival last season, which has caused him to become a transfer target for several clubs, most notably Palermo who were said to be readying a mega-bid to obtain his services.
The Toro surpremo has shown himself prepared to resist all but the most audacious overtures and he expects Rosina to do the same.
“After the things I have heard from Alessandro and his agent it seems that his desire to come to an agreement is almost equal to ours,” Cairo revealed. “So why wait? The sooner, the better for everyone.”
The Torino chief went on to comment on the strategy for the remainder of the transfer season and raised some eyebrows by confirming that one of the Brazilian league’s most exciting young talents is a possible target.
“We are keeping a close eye on the market until it closes, but there will be few departures and possibly arrivals, maybe in attack. We are currently looking at lots of youth players such as Cruzeiro striker Kerlon.”
